What was your favorite concert you've ever attended?

June 16, 2000 went to the Virginia Beach Amphitheater and saw Kenny Wayne Shepherd and the Pat McGee band open for the Allman Brothers, and it was three hours of the best jamming I have ever heard.
A very close second was April of 2004 I saw Godsmack open for Metallica in Norfolk, Virginia.

So am I understanding this correctly? MargaritavilleDLRfan  has never been to a Jimmy Buffett Concert, a DLR Concert, or a Van Halen concert?

I wish......if I had they would have been one of the top two!!!!!

Right now I would choose DLR, cause I can see Buffett touring longer than DLR would. Plus who wouldn't want to go see the best front man ever!!!!

How were you introduced to VH and DLR? What was their first song you heard? What did you think?

I had a babysitter who loved rock, especially DLR and VH. And I'm guessing at around 6 or so when I started to listen to the music and appreciate it, I couldn't help but like it. DLR was the best and the music kicked A$$!!!

Same question, regarding Buffett

I didn't get into Buffett until later in life, I'm guessing 14 or 15. Since it plays all the time the first song I heard was Margaritaville....LOL. That song just defines how I try to live my life and how I want to spend the rest of my life.

Is there a song done by any of the three that you'd like to see another of the three cover? (i.e. a Buffett song you'd like to see DLR cover or a VH song you'd like to see Buffett cover, etc.)

I would like to see Buffett cover Just Like Paradise.

It would also be funny to see DLR do Why Don't We Get Drunk!!!!!

Nope..............but have shaving creamed someone's car, stole several road signs, burnt down a paper box, and threw a small homemade bomb in someone's front yard as someone was walking out the front door.  Got into a car chase with them, but did escape!!!.............
